Sound Issue with nest audio

TumbaCasa

I'm Having an issue with the sound equalizer on the google home app, for example, I like to keep the bass and treble all the way up. the problem is that every time it goes to the next track either casting or Bluetooth the equalizer goes back to the middle instead of staying all the way up and it is so annoying to keep adjusting the bass and treble every time the next song changes.

Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

Hi TumbaCasa,

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate @petergroft help here!

I know how it feels when you're having issues controlling the quality of sounds on your Google Nest Audio when playing music. Let's dig deeper into this. A few questions: when did the issue start? Is it happening when playing music on an individual or speaker group? Is it happening to all songs and other music services? What is the firmware version of your Nest Audio?

Let's go ahead and try resetting your device by following the steps provided by @petergroft. Also, make sure that the Google Home app is updated.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi
