Sound not working

hi my google home mini has been acting up for a while now. when i connect it keeps changing the songs by itself and after i play a song for like 14 seconds the sound cuts out it’s been happening for months now 

anyone know how to fix this or can help??

Never seen this behaviour before.  

First step is a simple reboot.. if that does not work then a factory reset and fresh setup to wipe any ghost settings or issues.  Let me know if this works for you.
