Sound only coming from one group speaker

I have set up a left and right Google home speakers as a group sitting underneath my TV. Problem is only one turns up, they both have volume one stays at around 30% while the other I can turn up to 100% how can I get them to sync volume? I've tried unpairing and resetting, tried turning them down and back up. I'm at a loss of what's happening. Works normal when not paired.

Hi Invader87,

Thanks for posting and letting us know about your stereo pairing concern. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. A few questions: what Nest speakers are we working with? When did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Could you also confirm if this is how you did the reset? Check out the article below.

Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays

I'm using the Google home speakers, I've set them as a left and right speaker group. I noticed it not long after adding them as a speaker group. The left will turn up 100% while the right turns up to around 20% but both say there 100% when I unpair them I can turn them both up without any problems.. not sure if this is making any sense 😂

Hi there,

Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Could you send us a short video clip showing it? Also, have you tried the factory data reset troubleshooting?

I look forward to your response.

Regards,

Juni
