Apologies, but the Google Store doesn’t sell replacement power cords for Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Can you tell me more about what happened to the original power cord that came with it? Also, when and where did you purchase your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen?

Hi Alex,

I purchased my original nest hub (2nd gen) from the Google store directly. I’ve found that our nest hub sometimes just turns itself off and we’ve only had it out of the box and installed for one week. I was wondering if it was a faulty power cord?

Oh! I’m sorry to hear about what’s happening. Let’s further look into it. Is your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector? Try to plug it directly into a wall outlet as well as into a different wall outlet and see if it does the same behavior. Also, does it stay off (whenever you find it) or does it boot up on its own?

Kindly get the Software/Fuschia version and the Cast firmware version. Swipe up from the bottom of the display > Settings > Device information. I’ll look forward to your response.
