Speak a phrase from a routine

Anyone happen to know if its possible to get the Google Nest Audio speakers to say a custom phrase initiated from a routine. I know there is a 'Broadcast/Announce' command but this does not work if initiated from a routine.

Yes you can use the 'communicate and announce' > 'make an announcement' action within routines.
