Speaker group broken?

I have 4 device.

I have created a speaker group. The problem is the speaker group keep going from no group that exist, to 4 speaker available, to 2 speaker, to 3 speaker, to disappear again....... the speaker group is very unstable. Once it is detected and playing music it is ok.

I try changing all speaker on a single 2.4 ghz wifi.  Try changing to the 5.0 ghz but same result. I try play with different setting on my Asus router, but still cannot seem to be able to have a stable speaker group. I have been using the speaker groups for years, but lately seem to he very random and barely usable.

Other strange thing, so I use my Google Nest Hub in the morning to play siriusXM, and it will work on that single speaker. If when it play, I try to click and select the speaker group, none will show up. If I wait like 5 min and try again, the speaker group will show up.

Other wierd thing I can see all the speaker individual on the Google Home app, but the group won't work 90% of the time. So I know all the speaker have access to the wifi and are on the same network.

Please Google fix this......

I'm sorry to hear about this experience but no worries, help is here! It seems there is a connection issue within your devices. I recommend the next troubleshooting steps:

• Remove all devices from the Google Home app
• Factory reset all devices. Here you have the article about it Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays.
• Create a new home structure and create the speakers group in the new one.

Did that exact same result.

I reset every single unit, then create the groups.

Got the exact same result.

If check speaker group, it disappear, sometime 2 speaker, sometime 3, sometime 4 are there and work.

Check the video. It start with 4 speakers on that groups.

When I open the groups, only 2 speaker show up.

If I click choose device,  all 4 speaker show up.....

Also take note in the video, some speaker keep changing name from the speaker name to "all speakers" (aprox 25 sec in the video under kitchen)

Now on the pictures. The groups is call "all speaker" i can see 3 speaker there.

Close the app, come back and now the groups is call "living room speaker" and only 2 speaker show up????
