Hi i have 3 Google speakers in my home. (UK). Hub Max, Hub and basic nest speaker. for a long time all was fine but for some reason all 3 now tell me I am in the wrong location. Same street name but about 17 miles away.
I have tried to reset all 3 speakers to factory settings but no joy. i have also checked my address in my Google account and as far as i can see all is fine. I have never been to the other street with the same name as mine, and until my speakers started telling me i was there i could not have told you the post code so there is no way i could have entered this.
Has anyone experienced similar and if so how did you resolve it.
really annoying as my morning routines dont warn me of the correct traffic issues or weather notifications.
Thanks for any help

Google Nest apparently uses a Google address database of some kind. It sometimes has errors in it. Other customers have had problems because it assigns them to a wrong location, wrong part of town, or wrong time zone.
Google Nest seems to refuse to even acknowledge the problem. They blame the device, or say the customer has entered the wrong address, or ask inappropriate questions, or simply fail to answer. They have never acknowledged that Google Nest uses an address database, much less that it can have errors, and have not provided any way to correct it.
You could try contacting Google Nest Support to see if you have better luck: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
These are some posts I've seen; the first is quite similar to yours, and Google Nest has not responded:

@Muddi, @janthadeus , and @Brad :
Here is yet another instance where Google's address database is incorrect. Can one of you please escalate this within Google Nest and provide a process to get Google's address database corrected?
