Spotify Stopping Repeatedly

Hi, I have several Google mini speakers and displays dotted around the house, a nest thermostats, doorbell and 5 or so of the Google WiFi points - so have Google home fairly integrated you could say, and have had all this for a couple of years.

For some reason, when I play music ("hey Google, play bla playlist" or if I play from my phone and then "stream"), the song will play for an arbitrary amount of time (30 secs or so) and then just stop. If I then open the Spotify app and hit play again, the song will play another 1/2 second and stop again. This happened no matter how many times I hit play.

Things I've tried:

1. Factory resetting the speakers.

2. Unlinking Spotify accounts and re-linking.

3. Checking WiFi coverage (WiFi is fine on my pixel 3 next to the speaker)

4. Turning it on and off again

Can anyone help? I rely on the speaker mini at night to play music to my daughter, so this bug is driving me crazy.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? When this happens it is typically because of your wifi connection.

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
