Spotify kann nicht über Google Nest Mini wiedergegeben werden

Es wird seit heute 25.10.2024 kein Spotify auf meinem Lautsprecher wiedergegeben. Habe das Gerät entfernt und neu installiert. Es nützt nichts und es ist äußerst ärgerlich, da das meine Hauptnutzung ist.

• Do you experience the same inconvenience with other music providers or just Spotify?

In the meantime, I’d suggest the following steps:

• Make sure the mobile software version and the Google Home app are up-to-date.
• Verify the firmware version of your Nest Home Mini. You can find this information in the article: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes.
• Toggle the "Automatic time zone" option. If your device is different from your local time zone, it can affect the phone’s ability to recognize your speakers and displays. For reference, you can see this article: Set time, date and time zone.

Hallo Jennifer

ich habe zwei Nest mini Boxen, eine davon hat auf einmal kein Spotify mehr gespielt, die andere hat ganz normal funktioniert. Eine Woche später haben dann wieder beide Boxen funktioniert. Ich weiss nicht warum.?
