Muddi (Community Specialist) says that they were able to start a video call from a routine.
I'd like to do this, but like the OP in that thread, when I try to do it, the display says "sorry, I can't make calls as part of a routine".
Can anyone confirm whether this should be possible, please? If Muddi was able to do it, I would really love to find out how, but I don't wish to waste my time if it's never going to work.
