I need to find the file recovery.img to put in the usb port that my nest hub is searching for when i try to reset it witch both button pressed. My nest block after the 4 dot color display.

I forget to mention that is a Google nest hub gen 2..

• When did the behavior start?
• What's the firmware version?
• What's the router brand and/or model?
• How far is the device from the Wi-Fi router?
• Where are you located? (Example: apartment, school, hotel, etc.)
• Were there any recent changes to the network?
