Stop Google Nest Mini changing volume of TV (up/down) when trying to set volume by voice control.

Just bought a Sony Bravia TV which is an Android TV device.  Whether it's the Google / Android TV functionality that's the issue I don't know but now EVERY TIME I try to adjust the volume of the Nest by voice (e.g. Hey Google, set volume to 5), it also, or at times even instead of, adjusts the volume of the soundbar which connected to the TV by HDMI ARC.  I have tried pulling the plug on the Nest to see if any other device is listening and changing things but no.  It's the Nest that I just can't stop interfering with TV.  If I want to adjust the volume of the Nest I ONLY want to adjust the volume of the Nest, I don't want it poking its oar in and interfering with any other device at all.

I've looked through the ever increasing maze that is Google Nest / Assistant settings and turned off everything I can find but it still won't quit.  While the device it at times useful I find that these days I spend far more time trying to sort problems out in the jumbled mess that is Google settings that the device ever saves me in time and convenience.  These things are becoming more hassle than they or worth and it's becoming ever more tempting to pull them and sling them in the bin and go back to the hassle free life of multiple remotes and turning things on/off myself!

Found the reason.  Need to turn of 'Chromecast Built In' on the TV.  AFAIK it's a Sony Bravia known issue because I don't know why the TV should be showing up as Casting when watching a TV programme FROM the TV (e.g. nothing casting to it), I would have though Casting should only show up if something was casting to it.  And folks ask why so many people prefer Apple, because stuff like this just works.
