Stop command wrong speaker

Daily alarm plays radio on bedroom speaker as requested.

Go down and request radio on kitchen speaker. Works fine.

Request kitchen speaker to "stop" and it turns off the alarm/radio on the bedroom speaker and leaves kitchen speaker on!

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord from your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

If the concern persists, you can change its device name. Follow these steps:

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap Favorites or Devices .
4. Tap and hold your device's tile tap Settings , or More tap Settings .
5. Tap Device information Name.
6. Enter a new name tap Save.
