Swipe left doesn’t work

When I swipe left, it leads me to Curated Art only. I can’t access the menu.

I did a factory reset and it didn’t fix the problem.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: Which Nest display? Is this how you did the factory reset? Does it respond to voice commands? Are you able to access the settings via the Google Home app?

You can create a new home structure and set up your Nest display there, then observe if this will fix it.
