When I connect to my google home mini to my google home. It says the device is connected to a different user. Please factory reset it. I have already reset it. It works for a day and falls into same issue. Can you help me?
Also I need advice on which frequency to connect to (2.5 or 5 Ghz)

Hi Jumana1,
Thanks for posting in the community. I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up your Google Home Mini because it's saying it's connected to a different user. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I'm here to help.
To best assist you, I'd like to ask a few questions:
Are you the only person with access to this Google Home setup?
Have you ever connected this Google Home Mini to a different Google account?
When you reset the device, are you performing a full factory reset using the button on the device?
After the reset, are you setting up the Google Home Mini in the same "Home" within the Google Home app?
Are you using a personal Google account (e.g., gmail.com) or a Google Workspace account?
Are you using a mesh Wi-Fi system or a single router?
Have you recently changed your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) or password?
How far is the Google Home Mini from your Wi-Fi router?
Regarding your Wi-Fi frequency: For a Google Home Mini, 2.4 GHz is generally sufficient due to its range. However, if your router is very close and there's significant interference on the 2.4 GHz band, 5 GHz might be a better option.
Regards,
Kevin
