Hi Darren Hughes 5471,

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub devices are suddenly not responding to commands. That sounds very frustrating, and I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to help find a solution with you. First, I have some questions regarding this situation:
  • Which model Google Nest Hubs is this post in regard to? (generation number, amount of devices)
  • Are the devices powering on and working normally besides this issue?
  • Are the devices still showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Are they all on the same WiFi network as your other devices?
  • Are you seeing any error messages on the device itself or Google Home App?
  • Just confirming, does the  "something went wrong" message occur every single time you ask Google Assistant to do something?
  • Have you tried to do a Factory Data Reset on the device? Does the issue still occur?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
Thanks for your patience, I look forward to your response.
