Tune In radio on Google Home Speakers

I am SO FRUSTRATED,  I have been using Alexa speakers for years, and always say "Play CNN on Tune In" or Play MSNBC on Tune In" and the speakers play flawlessly.  I recently decided to try out Google Home speakers and neither of the two different devices I purchased will play any station I ask for on Tune In radio.  The device will either say that they don't understand my request or that the station is unavailable.  I have searched through endless online forums for a solution and found none that work.  Seriously Google, what is so difficult about this?  Tune In has worked flawlessly for years on all my Alexa devices.  I want an intelligent answer as to why this isn't working on Google Home Speakers.  At this time, I would never buy another Google Home speaker.  If this gets fixed, I would reconsider.  Please HELP!!!

A few questions: what Nest speaker or display are we working with? Are you getting the same response when you use your phone’s Google Assistant? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? 

Check if your Google Assistant recognizes your command, see the steps below:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. At the top right, tap your account.
3. Tap My Activity .
