Turning Camera off

You used to be able to turn the Camera off from the app.. why has that function been removed?

Now according to the Google Help site, I can only do it physically or create an automation. It should be as simple as a button on the app.

Edit:

I changed my Home and Away status to "Home", and the button to turn it off had appeared
