Unable to connect Klipsch speaker with Google assist okay?

On the list it did not give me an option to select an external speaker with Google assist, so I picked first generation.

I've already downloaded the Google home app, yet I am unable to connect my external speaker with Google assist as I keep getting the message that the device is not set up yet.

Unable to proceed and when I press the Bluetooth button it does not seem to recognize on my Pixel 6 phone . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant like Klipch. You might need to reach out to them for better assistance.

Speaking on behalf of our Google Home speakers and displays, try connecting on your devices' temporary hotspots then go back to the Google Home app to continue the setup. Here's a helpful link for your reference.
