Unable to link Google Mini

Hi, whenever I am trying to link my Google Home Mini to my Google Home app, I am getting an error

The Operation couldn't be completed. (kGSErrorDomain error -83902)

I have tried the below to fix the issue but still not able to link-

1. Reset the Google Home mini to factor settings.

2. Tried connecting to 2.4GHz frequency and 5GHz frequency, still no success.

3. Updating the Google Home app on my iPhone. 

 

Additional information - iOS version on the phone is 17.4.1 and Google Home app version is 3.15.104

Could somebody please help me with this issue?

Sorry to hear about this situation with your Nest speaker. No worries, help is here! Here you have some troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. On the side of the device, unplug the power cord > wait 10 seconds > plug the power cord back in > wait for the 4 LED lights to light up.
  2. Repeat the first step, 10 more times.
  3. On the last attempt, wait for the device to announce "Welcome to Google Home".
  4. Set up the device in the Google Home app .
