We're sorry to hear about this. Could you tell us when did you notice this? Also, how far is your Google Nest speakers from your router?

 

Let's make sure that the speakers are within a good range from the router, preferably within 10-15 feet away from each other. Also, check the mute button of your device making sure that it is not turned on. It's also best that there are no other background music or noises that could affect while you're commanding the device.
