Once you replace the cables and adapters with US-compatible ones, these devices may work, however it is not recommendable. Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- Language and Region Settings: Ensure that the language and region settings on your devices are set to the US. This will help them adjust to the local environment and provide relevant information.
- Wi-Fi Network: You will need to Connect your devices to a US-based Wi-Fi network to access local services and content and it might be restricted or the technology and security may be different.
- Voice Assistant: Both Google Home Mini and Nest Mini use Google Assistant, which is available in multiple languages and regions. You should be able to use voice commands in English.
We recommend using your Google Nest devices in the country where they were purchased. This ensures optimal performance and compatibility with local networks and services. Using them outside their intended region might lead to unexpected behavior or limited functionality.
