When I want to connect Google Nest to my Google app I get an error (kGSKErrorDomain error -83902.)

Hi, 

When I want to connect my Google Nest to my Google Home app it tells me that the connection process cannot be completed because there is an error (kGSKErrorDomain error -83902).

I understand that this issue can be frustrating but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Some other users have found success by unplugging or removing the device and switching out the batteries or power source.
