Hello,
My Nest Hub 2nd worked all time right, utill 2 days ago I had suddenly white screen. I tried all suggested solution:
- Restart Nest Hub
- Unplug Nest hub many hours
- updating Google Home on my phone
- Deleting the profile home from the App and creating a new one
- Using another Gmail..
Nest Hub's still giving me white screen (but I can controle the volume on it), and on the application it told me "can't link your account" even if my account is linked!
It is frustrating. What can I try to resolve this problem?

I completely understand this situation. Let me lend you a hand to find the solution.
Let me ask if you notice any strange behavior before or during this event? Was the device dropped or knocked over? You can check the firmware version on your display?
Also you can try to perform a Factory reset on your Nest Hub 2 and set up on the Google Home App again.
In case the situation is still there you can share a picture showing your display and I will definitely do my best to find a solution for you.

No event had occurred, but finally I could resolve the problem.
First, I tried another Wifi (of work) it worked...! Then, I took back Nest hub 2 to home and I restarted the router's home and it worked !!! 😃
I don't know what the relation between the router and white screen... but problem resolved.
