WiFi not connecting

I’ve moved to uni and I’m trying to connect to the network and it says connected them something is wrong

 I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. A few things: which Nest speaker? Which country are you contacting from? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using? 

Note: 

School dorm network and School network often have captive portals for sign-in or have AP isolation enabled to limit access between members on the network.
