Won't play some songs on YouTube, instead states "sorry something went wrong".

Hi Emily Barnett 1341,

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues playing songs on YouTube. I would be more than happy to look into this issue. First, I have some questions.

• Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Is this a new issue? Was your YouTube working before?
• Are you signed into YouTube on your Google device?
• Are you seeing any error messages on YouTube?
• Which certain songs won't play?
• Is this also happening with all types of media besides YouTube? (Pandora, Spotify, Radio, etc.)
• Is your device powering on and responding to commands?
• Have you tried to reboot and Factory Data Reset your device? Does the issue still occur? 
  A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
