Won’t stay connected

Every week or so I need to completely set up my nest audio speakers again. When I try to use them it says they aren’t connected to the internet so I check the google home app and they need to be set up again. These speakers are the only thing in my house with any issue. I have several smart speakers, game consoles and smart tv which all have no issues. Only the google nest audio speakers have an issue. I know it’s not my internet connection. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Having similar issues with no real resolution given yet.  What brand of Wifi router are you using?

Sorry for the late reply, and for the trouble you are having with your speakers. I know this is not the most ideal situation. I have found a couple of articles that you can review. They help provide more troubleshooting steps that could help resolve the issue.

Hey folks,

 

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. Just to add, have you tried setting up your Google Nest Audio on a different network to see if it will have the same behavior? If not, you can try to setup your device on a mobile hotspot.  Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Audio).

Yea,  That was the first trigger that something wasn't working that should.  My previous router meshed 2.4/5Ghz together and I had zero connectivity issues with it. It was an ASUS N-Router.
