Hi @Babis_23

As stated in the other topic your best bet is to contact Google Nest Support.

Hi folks,

@RXShorty, I appreciate the help.

@Babis_23, I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? If yes, how is it? Could you also tell us what happened to your Nest Audio? Is it not responding or has no power?

Keep me posted.

Best,

Dan

Hi @Dan_A , thanks for droping by !

Full story in short, just to hellp you, help me 😁

I got the Nest Audio for a few days up & running smoothly until my daughter saw it and said.. I WANT IT !!

Actions : Deregister from app, reset, mic switch-orange lights-middle button-blink blink blink-play sound. all that in order to be moved to her house..

Moved to the new house,plug it in,white lights,no response,no connectivity !

Moved it back to my house, just in case it was stuck at my wifi, same behavior..

I have power,i have lights but no response 😖

I must have tried the 10 times plugin & out with 10 sec intervals method at least a thousand times in each house !!! No luck

Now i m here waiting for some help before i throw it out the window

Thanks

Babis

Hi Babis_23,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Google Nest Audio. For confirmation, is it not connecting to Wi-Fi after doing all those steps? And when you said adding it to another house, is it under the same Google Home app with the same account or are we talking about an actual house with a different Wi-Fi network and on a different Home app and account?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi @Dan_A !

For confirmation, is it not connecting to Wi-Fi after doing all those steps?

Yes, no connection whatsoever

And yes, an actual house with a different Wi-Fi network and on a different Home app and account. Still nothing..

An actual house with a different Wi-Fi network but with myHome app and account.. Nothing

Back to my physical house with my wifi and my account.. Nothing.

Again, my house, my wifi, different account.. Nothing.

I ve tried lots & lots of variations, honestly, i think i ve tried almost everything you can think of whoth no results 😥

Power it on, lights up, lights left & right, lights off! Thats the cycle.

I am tired, really tired..

Hello Babis_23,

I really appreciate you doing all the given steps. There's one more thing that we could try and that is to connect your Nest Audio directly to another phone's mobile hotspot. You need to have 2 phones for this to work, one is what you will use for the set up and the other one is where you connect to instead of using your Wi-Fi. Do a reset one more time and connect your phone to another phone's hotspot, then do the set up and tell me how it goes.

Regards,

Dan
