Hello  @maurofolaghetti,

Thanks for posting in the community.
I understand your frustration with the "language not supported" message when trying to trigger your routine. It seems your routine isn't working while using Italian, even though your device language is set to Italian. Let's troubleshoot this together.

  1. Check Routine Trigger Phrase: Double-check the phrase you're using to activate your routine. Ensure it doesn't contain any words or phrases not yet supported by Italian routines.
  2. Update Google Assistant App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Assistant app installed on your device. Updates often include bug fixes and language improvements, or you can simply try uninstalling the Google Home App and installing it again.
  3. Try changing the language on your cellphone.
  4. Try changing the language of Google Assistant by following the next steps:
    - On your mobile device, open the Google Home app.
    - Tap Settings, then Google Assistant, and then Manage All Assistant Settings.
    - Tap Languages, and then Choose languages for speaking to your assistant, and then select the current language set.
    - Choose from the list of available languages.

Please try the steps above and let me know how they go. Thank you.

All the best,
Jorge
