I was unable to complete the setup process completely to reconnnect my google mini home which had been working fine for many years. I tried changing language as suggested but that didn’t work.
The solution was to turn off the private relay on my iPhone and my MacBook and this removed the domain error. I had switched on private relay a few days ago which kicked my mini off the wifi.
