tried to google around, follow the suggestions and still facing the same error message while trying to add nest to my home: 

(kGSKError Domain error -83902.)

same happens with another iphone and ipad.

We normally get this message if we’re using a Google Workspace account — a type of email account that has a different structure and level of security that some features on Google Home may or may not work. You can check the article on how to Link a Google Workspace account to the Google Home app. But if the issue persists, you may need to use a regular Gmail account.
