alphabet should be sued for selling a device that was not ready to be used, and is a defective product. since day one of getting this as a gift, it reboots, or crashes, or just freezes, 3-5x a day. i have on a shelf, and we laugh while it streams the photos and then just reboots, with no one touching the device.
no way to contact customer service, and these robo emails you get from this forum wont let you reply. as someone who has had many pixels, without problems, google has put out a piece of garbage. there should be a class action lawsuit and get a refund, and punitive damages.
last next product we ever buy for our company, really this is just a bad joke of a product.

Hi garfunkle,
That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.
To start with, what you have there is a Google Nest Hub(2nd Gen), right? Does it respond to voice and touch commands? When did this start happening and when was this given to you?
Can you try the steps in this guide: Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays, Set up your Google Nest or Home speaker or display
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan
