photo album

I am not the first one to ask this question but is there a solution to get all pictures from a photo album to be displayed on the google nest hub max? I created a photo album with 36 pictures in it and it keeps telling me there are only 6 pictures in this album and although I click on the specific album it shows some favorites (based on??).

If this cannot be fixed then I'l return it and will buy a digital picture frame....
