Hello!  Nest hub 2 does not show the outside temperature. What is the solution?

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. What’s the make and model of your smart thermostat? Can you control and see its temperature from its native app? Does “Hey Google, what’s the temperature on Szobahőmérő” work fine?

Hi Alex! I ordered the model THO 1 from the Chinese site, I will send the picture. It works in the google home app, but the nest hub doesn't write the temperature.

Thanks for the information you’ve provided. Let’s do some troubleshooting steps. 
 

• Unplug your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen from the power outlet for 2 mins > Plug it back in.
• Voice command your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen: “Hey Google, sync my devices.”.
• Check if it will display the temperature now. If not, proceed with the next step.
• Open the Google Home app > Devices > Tap your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen > Settings > Remove device > Remove.
• Back to “Devices”, scroll down to Other cast/Local devices > Tap your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen > Add to a room. Follow the steps in adding it back to a room.
• Check if it displays the temperature.

Hello!  Thanks for the help!  I tried everything but it didn't work. Unfortunately, it only displays the humidity.

I appreciate you doing all those steps. Let’s try doing this workaround:

• Open the Google Home app > Tap Settings > Google Assistant > Manage all Assistant settings.
• Tap Languages > Choose English US.
• Force close the Google Home app.
• Reboot your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen and then check the display once more if it will now show the temperature.
