App that shows on one chromecast with google tv but not another

There is an app, Astound TV + that is showing on 3 of my 5 chromecast to install, but not the other 2.
They are all exactly the same devices, Purchased around the same time. They are all the chromecast with google TV.

How does the same app appear on 3 of them but not the other 2? All the same devices?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: Are you using the same account on all 5 Chromecast with Google TV? Does this Astound TV+ app have a premium subscription? If so, does it have a limit on the number of streaming devices? What steps have you taken?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

• Reboot the affected Chromecast devices.
• Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
• If it fails, try a factory reset, then re-setup.
