Assistant shows erroneous weather forecast

After issuing the command "Bialystok weather" for Google Assistant on Chromecast shows nonsense. the temperature is supposed to be 66 degrees. It also shows erroneous values for other locations. The problem occurs on a freshly configured device

Force Quit and Relaunch:

• Open the Google Home app and select your Chromecast device.
• Check the device settings to ensure your location is set correctly.

Check Google App Permissions (if applicable):

• On your phone, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Google app.
• Ensure "Location" permission is enabled for the Google app.

It didn't change anything. To make it more interesting - when the inactive mode is turned on - on the screen in this mode it displays the weather (temperature) correctly.
