Cast not working after update android 14

Po instalacji aktualizacji nieprawidłowo działa udostępnianie ekranu przez miracast, na przykład z Windowsa na Chromecast pojawiają się pasy zamiast  ekranu,,! w wersji Android 12 takie problemy nie występują, posiadam drugie urządzenie ktrego na szczęście nie aktualizowalem, ponadto występują problemy z synchronizacją dźwięku z obrazem przy odtwarzaniu materiałów nagranych w telewizji kodek  h264, lub plików w tym formacie.

• When you cast, and bars appear on the TV, are these bars of a specific color, or are they accompanied by any error codes on the TV?
• Does this synchronization problem only occur with h264 files, or does it also happen with other types of playback files?
• When does the issue occur? Does it happen after the device has been idle for a period of time?
• What app are you using when the issue occurs? Does the issue happen only on this app, or is it happening on other apps as well?

I will reply right after my vacation, thank you for your interest in the topic, at the moment the problem occurred with playing video materials recorded earlier h.264, and when trying to cast from edge to Chromecast - I emphasize that on the second device everything works ok. Android 12. More detailed explanations after my vacation.
