I’m serious about moving to Amazon Firestick!!! This chrome cast that I had for 3 months is always rebooting. Now I have to factory reset this thing because the remote is having issues Very off putting that I have to keep doing this not to mention it does this all the time And than reinstalling apps and inputting usernames and passwords is definitely NOT THE ICEING ON THE CAKE

A few questions: Have you noticed the status of the LED lights of your Chromecast when it reboots automatically? Is this happening when you're watching a video on your TV or even when it's in idle mode? Also, can you tell me more about your issue with the Chromecast Voice Remote?
Please try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port of your TV and a different wall outlet. Plugging it into a different TV screen might also help.

My chrome cast has been giving me problems ever since I bought it in February. I only purchased it because the interface and menu display is more appealing than any other device. How ever its given me so many problems that I cannot move any further trying to resolve the device. This is not a software standard on Google I’ve ever seen it heard of before and I would like a refund.

If you would like to look at replacing the Chromecast device, here is how to get a hold of Chromecast support. You'll need to get through the prompts, then it will give you the option to talk with an agent either by phone call or online chat.
