Hello,
Last night my Chromecast with Google TV began endlessly refreshing on the home screen. It's like when you first turn on the Chromecast, when the screen is blank, then begins filling all of the recommended videos on the screen. Only in my case, as soon as the screen is filled, it empties again and then refills, and then repeats this endlessly every two or three seconds. In the meantime, I can't really do anything because when I begin moving the cursor with the remote, the screen refreshes and the cursor returns to the home screen.
I was able to access the settings screen by moving to the Search screen before refresh, and now I have switched to Apps Only mode as a workaround, but this really isn't ideal.
I've already performed a factory reset, and the firmware is up-to-date, but the problem persists. Any ideas?

This started happening to me as well. Where do I report?

Hey there GregoryG,
If you run into any bugs or issues that you'd like to report, you can use the Submit Feedback feature on Google TV to send your Chromecast's logs to the engineering team.
Best regards,
Jeran

Hey there airberger,
I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that refreshing issue? If not, I'd be happy to look into it, as I can imagine that's pretty frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran

Hi - thanks for getting back to me. I was traveling internationally (I was in Costa Rica) when this happened. When I returned home the issue disappeared and has not recurred. You can close this thread.

Oh, that's good to hear! In that case, I'll go ahead and lock up this thread since we haven't heard back from anyone else. If you run into any more issues in the future, feel free to create a new thread.
Have a good one!
Best regards,
Jeran
