Chromecast with Google TV stuck in the infinite reboot

Hi there. 

My perfectly working Chromecast suddenly decided not to function. Here is a small list:

• It stays on the infinite loop. It turns on, with logo and everything, then it shows the main menu UI for a second, then it goes rebooting again. This goes on and on and on. 
• Reset button doesn't work. It never blinks yellow how long I keep pushing that small button or how quick. 
• It is connected with it's own charger.
• I tried on other devices and HDMI ports at home. Problem stays same. 
• I tried the "keep button pressed, wait for up to 3 min for the no command screen to enter dev mode to factory reset", I never manage to see that "no command" screen. 
• I literally tried all the solution suggestions written in the form, no change. It does not go blinking, it does not go yellow, it does not do anything. Just keeps rebooting. 

So as an avid Google user with a lots of Google products, if an expert help me out I would really appreciate it.
