Hey, I am unable to use the Disney+ app. I'm getting Code 83 on my google tv, pixel phone, and chromebook, but can access it fine from my macbook. I've tried accessing it from my pixel on mobile network and wifi with the same result (different IP addresses). I have spent 2 hours with technical support at Disney+ and they were unable to figure out the issue. I've tried removing/reinstalling, unplugging tv, google tv, and router for 5 minutes. I was able to access my disney+ account from my pixel in incognito mode only.
I know this issue goes beyond just google tv, but I read the other disney+ convos and it seemed like there are some really great active support people here that may be able to help as I'm at a dead end with Disney+ support.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hello allbrettsareoff,
Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, please make sure you have a strong internet connection and log out from your Disney+ app on all devices, then try again.
Also, since you're getting the same message on multiple devices, this issue could be with the Disney+ app. It's still best to reach out again to the app developer for further assistance.
Best,
Jennifer

Thanks Jennifer!
I did check my internet connection and have tried a whole slew of things. After a few more hours with customer support at Disney+, they said they have an issue with the Disney+ app and google devices on the current version. It doesn't seem to impact everyone, but at this point I've been told there is nothing that can be done, but wait for an update and hope that resolves the issue.
Hopefully this can help others avoid the hours of troubleshooting if they are having issues with the Disney+ app on just Google devices.
If anyone has any other information about Google/Disney compatibility problems, please let me know. My son and are struggling through our Bluey detox.

Hi allbrettsareoff,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop — we hope Disney will be able to get this resolve in their end. You can also send feedback about this via Google TV. Here's how.
Let me know if you still have questions and concerns otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
Regards.
Jennifer
