GCwGTv remote volume/on-off not working in TCL tv

Hey all

I have a TCL tv type U49S7606DS and the remote buttons are not working. I’ve tried using different brands to try and hit the same code. But i can’t find a right one. 
Does anyone have experience with the TCL tv’s from that generation? (Like 2014-15)

any help is welcome!

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Please try to plug in the Chromecast device on a different HDMI port on your TV and try to set up your Voice Remote by following the steps listed in this support website article.

If the same issue persists, I'd suggest you try to reach out to your TV manufacturer to check if they have additional recommendations as this could be a compatibility issue with your TV.
