Gladiator 2 - No subtitles

I bought Gladiator 2 from Google TV and it doesnt have subtitles.  I tried to find a solution and cant find it.  If I try to see it through Youtube, it doesnt have subtitles either.  I asked for a refund and Google declined my request.   Can someone help solve this issue?
