Hey everyone!
I recently connected a Google TV Streamer to my TV via HDMI, but I'm only getting video and no audio. The TV is a white-label model (JHD-4A1) provided by my landlord.
I had a similar issue with my Xiaomi TV Box S (2nd Gen) when the audio setting was on 'Automatic' but switching it to 'PCM' or 'Passthrough' can fix the sound issue.
However, the Streamer's audio settings don't seem to have these options. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Try setting it to "Surround Off" which should change it to PCM.

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply.
I appreciate all the information you shared with me. I understand that you are able to get audio, but just when you use some earphones via Bluetooth. It means that the audio works but the TV is not yet able to play it. As I understand that you are using an HDMI cable to connect the Google TV Streamer to your TV, I will suggest you use an Ultra High-Speed HDMI cable; you can find it on the Google Store. Also, you can try connecting a soundbar or a different audio equipment.
Tell me how it goes.
Regards,
Daniel.

It's nothing to do with the HDMI cable, and again the HDMI cable is not available from the Google Store in the UK so thats bad advice
