Issues casting after time out.

Configuration: Google chromecast with google tv. Samsung Smart TV.

When casting from android phone and the app times out (no activity for 5 min or more), chromecast will not allow me to recast

 I have to open another android app and cast which works fine. Then when I go back to the original app I am able to cast again.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong or what settings I should adjust?

I would appreciate any ideas.

To help you better, I have two questions:

• Does it happen with another app or with a specific app?
• If that occurs with a certain app, is it installed on your phone alone, or is it also installed on Google Chromecast?
