Watching a movie, the actions of actors is being narrated. Such as this actor looks at the othrt actor and walks down the stairs.

It sounds like Descriptive Audio has been turned on. Check your audio options for that movie.
There were some movies a while ago where there was a mistake and that was the default audio. You had to go into the options and picking the regular audio.
