Netflix and HBO Max suggestions not showing

Hi,

I've recently installed Google TV with my TV streamer and unfortunately I'm not getting any recommendations for Netflix. Prime, Disney, Apple and Crunchyroll are all recommended, but Netflix isn't, despite that its turned on in the 'Manage services '.

The same issue with HBO Max, but this one doesn't even show up in the 'Manage Services '. 

I've already tried rebooting and clearing cache/data and reinstalling, but unfortunately still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

  • What model of device do you have?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Do you have the personal results option on?

For your concern, please try the below steps:

  • Exit apps-only mode.

  • From the Google TV home screen, select Settings > Accounts & Sign In.
  • Select your profile.
  • Turn off apps-only mode.

Hello,

  • What model of device do you have? Google TV Streamer, just bought a few weeks ago
  • When did the issue start? From the very start
  • Do you have the personal results option on? Yes

As mentioned, all other services, besides Netflix and HBO Max, show personal recommendation on the Google TV Home Screen.

  • Reboot router.
  • Reboot Google TV streamer.
  • Factory reset the device and relink all your services.
