No sound . remote mute button works on & off but doesn't give us sound .

Turned everything off and on again including power . Still no sound.Installation has somehow switched sound off in every app. including live TV .Restarted Google home  - still no sound / fix  to problem. Can anyone help too restore sound in a different way we have not tried??

I'm sorry to hear that your sound isn't working! It sounds like this has been quite a headache for you, so I'd be happy to help. I would suggest checking out the Google TV sound settings to make sure everything is correct there. Also, make sure the TV itself isn't muted as well.
