Now TV not working properly on Chromecast with Google TV

I have two Chromecasts with Google TV and they have been great. The one in my kitchen though has stopped allowing me to cast Now TV to it and also the Now TV app won't let me play anything I have subscribed to. The other one works fine. I have factory reset the troublesome one and no change. The only difference I can see is the resolution selection option has disappeared. I used to have to go to this to get Disney to work. Anyone else?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. This is kind of odd, but it seems that the issue is isolated only to casting Now TV. If everything else is working as it should, then you may need to contact Now TV for further information. It could be account-related issues (limit to the number of streams, limitation to the number of approved devices to stream, etc.). You’ve already tried to factory reset it, so I don’t think it’s your Chromecast device. Let us know what you got from them.
