Prevent YouTube history on Chromecast from impacting account.

I have a YouTube subscription that I use on my phone and on my Chromecast.  However, I don't want the things we view on the Chromecast to impact my account's feed, as it is often not something I would watch on my own. 

Is there a way or setting to not have the Chromecast YouTube app search/view data impact my account feed/history (without having to change the account on the Chromecast)?

I don't think you can turn it off on a per device basis, but you can turn it off before watching on Chromecast, and turn it back on afterwards of course.
